Clear expectations
Service policies
Effective September 19, 2026. Your accepted written quote or service agreement supplies the final scope, price, schedule, and any project-specific terms.
Estimates & approval
An estimate request is not a confirmed booking. We review the property and requested work, then confirm the scope, price, and any materials or disposal charges in your quote. Extra work should be discussed and approved before it begins.
Weather delays
Rain, saturated ground, storms, or unsafe conditions may require a service date to move. Contact us for an updated schedule; avoid treating an estimated arrival time as a guaranteed appointment. The crew needs safe conditions to protect your property and complete the work.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please call, message, or use the customer portal as soon as your plans change. Any cancellation deadline, deposit treatment, or fee must be stated in the quote or service agreement you accept.
Payment expectations
Follow the amount, due date, payment instructions, and any deposit or milestone schedule in your accepted quote or invoice. Ask before paying if anything is unclear. Monthly payment options, where offered, require approval and separate terms.
Saved cards & optional AutoPay
Stripe securely stores saved payment details; Fast Pace does not receive the full card number. AutoPay is optional and requires the customer to turn it on in the portal. When enabled, Fast Pace may charge the saved card when it issues an invoice for work the customer approved, including recurring service, one-time work, deposits, progress payments, and final payments. Each charge equals the invoice amount. Customers can turn AutoPay off before a future invoice is issued and will receive a payment receipt. A failed or authentication-required charge remains unpaid and may require the customer to complete payment manually.
Property access & preparation
Please tell us about locked gates, pets, irrigation heads, hidden obstacles, and access restrictions. Move toys and loose personal items out of the work area when possible. Discuss special instructions before the scheduled visit.
Questions about completed work
Contact Fast Pace with the service date, property address, and a description of the concern so we can review it with you. Any project-specific warranty must be confirmed in writing.
