This notice explains how Fast Pace uses information submitted through the website, customer portal, and staff tools.
Estimate information
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email, property address, requested service, preferred frequency, and optional project photos. Requests are stored so Fast Pace can review and respond. Do not place card numbers or other financial information in notes or photo uploads.
How information is used
Information is used to discuss your project, check service coverage, prepare quotes, schedule work, send service updates, manage invoices, support your account, and maintain business records. Contact details are not displayed in the public review slider or sold for advertising.
AI lawn-mowing quotes
If you choose the AI lawn-quote option, the property address and yard details you provide are sent to OpenAI and may be compared with available public property information to prepare a preliminary price recommendation. The recommendation is not a final quote or confirmed service price. Fast Pace reviews the request before approving pricing or scheduling work.
Website, security & analytics
The website uses hosting, database, and security providers to deliver pages, protect forms, store records, and measure basic visits and estimate conversions. Technical information such as an IP address may be processed for security and rate limiting. Links to Google reviews and other outside services have their own privacy practices.
Email, account access & reminders
Fast Pace uses Resend to deliver estimate confirmations, sign-in codes, invoices, weekly schedule summaries, and service reminders. Customers can change reminder preferences in their account. An estimate request is not consent to receive marketing texts.
Payments
When online payment is offered, Stripe processes card and wallet details. Fast Pace receives payment status and transaction information but does not store full card numbers on this website. Stripe applies its own privacy practices to payment information.
Customer and worker accounts
Account records may include contact information, property notes, schedules, messages, job photos, invoices, time entries, pay records, and service history as appropriate to the account. One-time codes and secure session records are used to control access.
Review display
The review slider contains a manually collected snapshot of public Google reviews, including reviewer names, ratings, and text. Visit Google for current reviews. It is not a live Google feed.
Requests about your information
Contact Fast Pace to ask about submitted information or request a correction or deletion. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, payroll, security, and legal obligations. Identity may need to be confirmed before account information is disclosed, changed, or deleted.
